Nope, we are afraid not. Curiocity is a boutique travel company
focused on personalized travel consulting, tailored travel planning,
and private travel experiences for discerning and very affluent
clients in and around the incredible country of Argentina.
We provide the very best service available in the local market,
and if it’s not available we may make it availble for you…
That is to say, luxurious properties, helicopter transfers, yacht
rentals, access to A-list events (body guards available), individual
travel managers and paparazzi control. If you are looking for
bus tours, pre-set packages, or have to ask the price, then we
are not for you.
What
kind of price are we looking at to organize a travel experience
with Curiocity?
When it comes to travel and lifestyle management in Argentina,
we provide a level of service, satisfaction and experiences that
is unmatched anywhere else. So if you have to ask... it’s
very expensive.
How
much time in advance to my preferred travel date should I contact
you?
The sooner the better. We can arrange almost everything you can
imagine with three months in advance of your preferred departure
date, except, possibly, end of the year holidays. If your idea
is to travel from mid December to mid January, we strongly suggest
you to contact us with at least 6 months in advance.
And how much of my valuable time
would I need to invest?
Certainly less than if you were to organize it alone, but maybe
a little more than if you buy a tour off a menu.
Curiocity personalized travel services strives for time-sensitive
communication. If you don’t have time to discuss your ideas
with us, to provide us with all the information we may need, to
review our proposals and make decisions and payments within the
required time limits, then maybe consider delegating the task
to your personal assistant who knows you and your family well.
Can
I book just a single travel product through you?
No. We do not arrange, nor produce or provide any booking and
payment services for single products, such as local excursions
and activities, accommodations, transfers, tour-guides, tickets
for events, car rental, flights, etc.
We create custom-designed travel packages that include all the
travel and related luxury lifestyle products needed to for your
journey. For us, travel is a single product in itself; a unique
experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
Could you
provide me with my long haul flights?
We do not include the international airfare in our proposals,
as our clients often arrange their own flights using frequent-flyer
miles or to use their own aircrafts. However, in the event that
you would like us to arrange your long hauls, we are happy to
assist. Please note that all regional flights, either commercial
or private charter, and any other transportation that occurs during
a trip will always be included in the cost.
Could you
provide me with a cost breakdown?
Travel arrangement prices are quoted for the entire travel arrangements
(including all products and services, including taxes) and itemised
component costs cannot be given, with the exception of airfare.
Can Curiocity
refuse a potential client?
Yes. As you reserve the right to choose the travel company, we
reserve the right to accept any potential customer as a Curiocity
Client at our sole discretion.
The most frequent reasons for refusing to take on a client are
that their budget is not sufficient, that it is very last minute,
when the terms and conditions are not complied with or we simply
offer a different service than are searching for. Please understand
that it’s nothing personal... just business policy.
Does Curiocity
work with travel agents?
Apart from those clients whose requests are accepted by us, we
work closely with several hand-picked travel agents around the
globe, who serve a high-end clientele, and share our passion for
Argentina and our commitment to excellence.
If you have a relationship with a travel agent, please ask them
to contact us for more information; if you prefer to work with
us directly contact one of our luxury travel specialists.
Do you
arrange my visas?
No. We will advise you on the requirements the customs and sanitary
authorities demand but it is your responsibility to ensure that
your travel documents and visas are valid and in order.
What for
is the personal information you request?
Any information Curiocity requires from you is necessary for considering
your application for credit or to become a Curiocity Client; providing
you with products and services that suite your specific travel
needs; answering any queries you may have; performing internal
administration and operations; and any directly related purposes.
Curiocity will not disclose any personal information to any other
party without your consent except to the suppliers, a related
entity or adviser of Curiocity or where Curiocity is otherwise
required by law to do so.
